Quality Structures, Inc., (QSI), was originally founded by Reuben Esh in 2003 as Esh Quality Structures.  Bringing many years of experience in Post Frame Construction and Business Management, Rob Pearce joined Esh in 2006 and assumed the role of General Manager in 2008.  When Reuben made the decision to sell the company, perpetuation of the company was a primary objective.  With this in mind , Reuben sold the business to Rob Pearce on September 1, 2010. Quality Structures, Inc. was established.
