Responsibility to answer bill inquiry questions from members and customers, make payment arrangements as necessary. Reviewing kWh usage reports, post accurate readings and process the pre-bill. Serve members and cus- tomers by processing accurate consumer records. Five or more years of general office and customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
